Fully Automated Beer Filling Line Solution

Highly Integrated and Automated Process

A complete production line is a seamlessly connected "super machine," typically including (in sequence):

**Depalletizer:** Automatically unpacks stacked glass bottles/cans from pallets and transports them in a single line to the bottle washing machine.

**Bottle Washing/Can Rinsing Machine:**

**Bottle Washing Machine (Glass Bottles):** Uses high-temperature alkaline solution and clean water for multi-stage soaking and rinsing to ensure sterility and residue-free operation.

**Can Rinsing Machine (Cans):** Since these are brand new empty cans, they are typically rinsed with high-speed sterile air or clean water using an inverted spray to remove any potentially present particles.

**Bottle/Can Inspection Machine:** Uses high-resolution cameras or laser sensors to 100% inspect bottles/cans for foreign objects, damaged bottle necks, and defects in the can body.

**Filling Machine:** The core and soul of the production line.

**Isobaric Filling:** The core principle. Before bottling, carbon dioxide (or sterile air) is introduced into the empty bottle to equalize the pressure with that inside the beer tank. The beer then flows in smoothly under gravity, significantly reducing foam and CO₂ loss.

Vacuuming/CO₂ Replacement: Advanced configuration. A vacuum is first created, followed by CO₂ replacement of the air inside the bottle, reducing the dissolved oxygen (TPO, Total Package Oxygen) to a minimum (<0.05 mg/L), crucial for maintaining beer freshness.

Capping/Can Sealing Machines:

Crown Cap Capper (Glass Bottles): High-speed, precise capping.

Can Sealing Machine: Double-rolled seal ensures an absolute seal.

Pasteurization Machine (Pasteurization or Instantaneous Ultra-High Temperature):

For most commercial beers, after bottling, the beer passes through a temperature-controlled tunnel and is pasteurized with hot water spray to inactivate yeast and residual microorganisms, ensuring biological stability.

Labeling/Packaging Machine:

The labeling machine affixes high-precision, aesthetically pleasing labels to bottles.

The packaging machine automatically groups individual bottles/cans and packs them into cartons, plastic films, or baskets.

The palletizer: Automatically stacks finished boxes into neat pallets, ready for warehousing.
