1) Can your factory provide the whole plant from A to Z?
A: Yes, we can provide a complete plant solution - from bottle-making machines and water purification systems to filling and packing lines.

2) Are all the machines made in your factory?
A: Our factory manufactures the water purification systems and the filling & packing lines.
We do not produce the bottle-making machines ourselves, but we work with reliable partners who supply high-quality bottle-making equipment. We offer the same long warranty period and excellent after-sales service for these machines as for our own.

3) How can I check the machine quality before placing an order?
A: First, we can invite you to visit our factory to inspect the machine quality in person and see the equipment running on site.

4) What certificates can you provide?
A: We can provide CE, SGS, and ISO certificates. Depending on your country's requirements, we can also supply PVOC, COC, SONCAP, and other certificates.

5) Can your factory design the bottle drawings, workshop layout, and labels for us?
A: Yes, we can help design your bottle shape, workshop layout, and label drawings - all free of charge.
(For workshop layout, customers need to provide the factory dimensions.)

6) Installation and Training Time
A: We have professional engineers for overseas installation and training. They speak English and have extensive overseas experience.
